Why You Can Trust Our Reviews
We review AI tools using a consistent checklist and hands-on testing. Our goal is to help you choose tools that are genuinely useful—not just popular. We focus on real-world performance, ease of use, and value.
Our Review Criteria
We score tools across these categories:
- Accuracy & Output Quality (Does it give correct/helpful results?)
- Ease of Use (UX) (Is it simple to start and operate?)
- Features & Flexibility (Does it do what it claims? Integrations?)
- Speed & Reliability (Downtime? Lag? Errors?)
- Pricing & Value (Is the cost fair for what you get?)
- Support & Documentation (Help center, onboarding, response time)
- Privacy & Security (Data handling, account controls, policies)
How We Test AI Tools
- We run the tool through real tasks (writing, summarizing, extracting, planning, etc.).
- We test beginner steps (signup, first output, templates).
- We check limits (free plan restrictions, usage caps).
- We evaluate consistency (repeat prompts to see stability).
- We compare pricing tiers and whether upgrades are worth it.
- We note who it’s best for (students, creators, business, etc.).
Objectivity Policy
We aim to be fair and transparent. Some links on our site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them—at no extra cost to you.
This does not affect our testing process or ratings. We don’t accept payments for higher rankings.
If a tool sponsors content, we label it clearly.
Scoring Rubric
We rate tools on a 1–5 scale in each category.
| Category | Score (1–5) |
| Accuracy & Output Quality | |
| Ease of Use (UX) | |
| Features & Flexibility | |
| Speed & Reliability | |
| Pricing & Value | |
| Support | |
| Privacy & Security |
Overall Score: We average category scores, then adjust only when there’s a major real-world issue (example: frequent downtime).
